AlUla Club is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our sports-related projects. This role involves working closely with project owners and team members to define project scopes, create actionable plans, and ensure timely execution while adhering to the guidelines of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). The Project Manager will be responsible for producing regular progress reports, managing risks, and escalating issues as necessary to maintain compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities Developing project charters and schedules in accordance with EPMO guidelines, securing the necessary approvals. Collaborating with project owners to detail the scope, objectives, and timelines, highlighting dependencies and critical paths. Leading football and multi-sports projects, managing all phases of the project lifecycle. Creating and implementing a stakeholder communication plan to clarify roles and expectations during the project. Monitoring project status, ensuring adherence to the established plan and schedule. Managing vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations prior to project owner approval. Identifying, documenting, and addressing risks and issues, while escalating as needed to adhere to governance standards. Keeping stakeholders updated through regular meetings and comprehensive reports. Submitting change requests and acceptance letters, coordinating with project owners and vendors. Maintaining compliance with EPMO stage gating requirements and archiving all project documents upon completion. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the sports sector. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering sports projects. • Professional certification in project management (PMP or similar). • Strong skills in project management methodologies. • Proficiency in planning and scheduling techniques. • Excellent communication capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills. • Competence in project control and compliance procedures. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
