In this role, you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of fit-out and external works projects. Working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will ensure that all aspects of project execution adhere to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and timelines. Responsibilities Lead and manage fit-out and external works projects through all phases, from planning to completion. Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop and implement project plans, specifications, and schedules. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial performance is in line with established targets. Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Support the procurement of materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring delivery schedules are met. Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to maintain high standards of work. Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior project staff as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out and external works. Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and project delivery methods. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in project management software and construction management tools. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
