Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex engineering projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Mentor and develop junior project management staff Requirements BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field At least 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to completion Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred Fluency in Arabic is an asset
