Metal weights set; 4 x 2.5kg plates 6 x 1.25kg plates 6 x 0.5kg plates  2 x 1kg dumbbell 2 x 2.5kg dumbbell 1 pull up bar (70kg weight limit) 1 pair of dip bars 1 Easy curl bar 2 handles 1 bench Weight set comes with the box.   The pull up bar's actual weight limit is 100kg but I don't have the original screws.   The one included has 70kg limit because that's the highest I could find
