Description

The Project Requests and Resource Planning Specialist at JASARA PMC will play a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering Services team. This position requires an analytical mindset to evaluate project requests and resource availability, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting capability and capacity assessments, managing resource allocation, and providing insights to improve overall project performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. More than 5 years of experience in resource management and project planning. Proven ability in stakeholder management and effective communication. Strong skills in project and program management methodologies. Familiarity with procurement and contract management processes. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports. Experience in the engineering or construction sector is a plus.
