JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Field Surveyor to become a vital part of our team working on NEOM THE LINE, one of the most ambitious and innovative projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and providing precise data vital for project planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include performing topographic surveys, establishing control points, verifying site conditions, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure accurate alignment with design specifications. You will utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to gather essential data for analysis. Requirements To be considered for the Field Surveyor position, you should possess: A bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in field surveying, preferably in large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, and other field equipment. Strong understanding of surveying principles, practices, and relevant regulations. Experience with CAD software and GIS applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions. The Construction Security Director will play a critical role in managing security for the clients construction project. The position will be embedded within the Delivery Team and will have a close working relationship with the Security Department. The Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security-related activities and issues within the construction environment. They will also work closely with delivery partners to ensure that security strategies and plans are developed, implemented, and maintained throughout the construction process. Role tasks and responsibilities: - Lead and manage all construction security activities within the clients project, ensuring compliance with security protocols. - Develop and implement security strategies and plans in collaboration with the Delivery Team and external delivery partners. - Ensure that all security measures are aligned with local and international standards, addressing both physical and cyber security threats. - Oversee risk assessments, threat evaluations, and vulnerability analyses specific to the construction environment. - Act as the key security liaison between the Delivery Team and the clients Security team, ensuring proper communication and coordination. - Monitor and audit security processes for compliance and improvement. - Manage emergency response protocols and contingency planning for construction security incidents. - Work with construction contractors to ensure security policies are enforced on-site. - Provide regular updates and reports on security matters to both the Delivery Team and the Security Department. - Collaborate with external security partners, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective security management. - Stay up to date on emerging threats and security trends relevant to the construction industry.
