The Welder will be responsible for performing welding and joining activities as required for various construction projects. Your Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Prepare materials and set up welding equipment Perform various types of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Ensure proper weld quality and meet specified standards Inspect work pieces and welds for defects and make necessary adjustments Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and within specifications Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements Your Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder or similar role Proficient in reading blueprints and welding symbols Strong knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment Your Proficiencies: Attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
