Design Utilities Engineer -Civil

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented Design Utilities Engineer - Civil to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of utility infrastructure projects, focusing on civil engineering aspects. You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and efficient utility designs that meet project specifications and regulatory standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Develop detailed designs for utility systems, including water supply, wastewater, and drainage networks. Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design reports. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals. Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards. Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create accurate designs. Review and assess existing utility infrastructure and recommend improvements. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Participate in site inspections and project meetings to address design-related issues. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design practices and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of experience in utility design, particularly for civil engineering projects. Proficient in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant modeling tools. Strong understanding of utility systems and civil engineering principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to utility design.
