My responsibilities include: - Supervising the construction of villas, residential buildings, and commercial buildings—from excavation to turnkey handover. - Verifying the contractor’s work and ensuring accurate implementation of drawings in accordance with technical and engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. - Verifying reinforcement steel and concrete quantity calculations prior to construction, based on approved drawings, and confirming their accuracy. - Coordinating with professional engineers regarding architectural, structural, and interior design plans.
