As a Manager Project Acquisition you are at the forefront of identifying and securing strategic opportunities for property development. This role requires a combination of market insight, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. Your focus is on sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring properties for sale and joint ventures that align with the company's vision and growth objectives. In this role, you will: Proactively identify prospective projects to meet the Company's annual sales targets, perform sophisticated feasibility and financial analysis, and negotiate terms of the agreements.  Oversee contract review with in-house counsel and manage all contract negotiations and contract execution.  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through onboarding real estate developers for sales and/or joint ventures. Identify and recommend feasible investment opportunities by interfacing with the real estate/developer community, researching property, demographic and other pertinent information within target markets Take a hands-on approach in leading the acquisitions process, conducting site visits, on-ground surveys, and in-depth market research. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and align project proposals to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that address client requirements. Perform preliminary market and financial analyses for potential investments in real estate as per the established guidelines. Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Address issues promptly and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle. Acts as liaison between the developer and sales team during execution of the project.     Lead negotiations on project contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with both client and company objectives. Liaison with Legal for devising specific / customized contract terms between Bayut-KSA & counter party in order to draft the right document in accordance with arrangements.  Work closely with landowner(s)/developers and negotiate terms that satisfy the financial requirements of a successful development and sales for the potential project.  Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Address any issues promptly and ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle Requirements Graduate in architecture, business, finance and/or economics; 8 years of experience of which 4 -5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Familiarity with the KSA real estate business and industry; Understanding of portfolio tracking, oversight techniques, and tools for efficient portfolio administration; Knowledge of policy creation and implementation procedures to support operational control and compliance; Understanding of effective coordination practices with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment. Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.).
