We are looking for a Merchant Logistics Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily logistics activities related to merchant shipments. This role ensures smooth operations across service providers, provides timely support to merchants, and contributes to the continuous improvement of shipping processes. Coordinate and execute daily merchant logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient handling of shipments across all service providers. Act as the first point of contact for merchants regarding shipment inquiries, issues, and special logistics requests. Monitor the full shipment lifecycle from pickup to delivery, proactively addressing potential delays or exceptions. Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA) and escalate cases that deviate from performance standards. Maintain accurate records of merchant shipments, tracking logs, and exception reports. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, sales, and technical support, to resolve cross-functional logistics issues. Generate regular performance and exception reports with actionable insights for process improvement. Participate in system testing and provide feedback to enhance the merchant logistics experience. Support projects related to new shipping solutions, integrations, and operational enhancements. Ensure merchant satisfaction through clear communication, timely support, and proactive problem-solving. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations, shipping coordination, or supply chain support. Previous experience in e-commerce or direct coordination with online merchants in a logistics role. Strong understanding of shipping processes, last-mile delivery, and merchant support workflows. Experience working with third-party logistics providers and monitoring shipment performance. Proficiency in using operational tools such as order management systems, tracking platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
