Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures based on project requirements. Conduct audits and inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure quality standards are integrated effectively throughout the project. Document and report quality assessments, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions taken. Lead quality training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness within project teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality management practices. Stay informed of industry trends and changes to relevant legislation and standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry. Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies. Experience with ISO standards and quality audits preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Minimum Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering /advanced degree in reliability is preferable. 15 years of experience in reliability engineering in the Oil and Gas Industry’s downstream sector. Twenty years is preferable. Previous experience in managing and driving reliability projects Demonstrate knowledge in the use of various reliability and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/ Investigation software Black-belt Six Sigma certification is a plus. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels.
