Analyze technical challenges by reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDD) and communicate insights to the team. Develop comprehensive Software Test Plans (STP) and present them for review. Incorporate performance and stress testing into the overall testing strategy. Identify areas suitable for automated testing and write relevant automated test scripts. Execute test plans and log detailed bug reports, including clear reproduction steps. Continuously update test plans based on feedback from development and product teams. Collaborate with developers to understand new product features and required QA adaptations. Generate meaningful test data to support comprehensive testing. Create written documentation, procedures, and reports to enhance certification efficiency and team productivity. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software engineering or QA field. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and business models. Strong leadership and influencing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
