In this strategic role, you will take the lead in ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with various departments to design, implement, and manage comprehensive governance and compliance frameworks that enhance our organizational effectiveness and security posture. Your expertise in risk management and governance principles will help safeguard our clients' interests and foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced governance and compliance strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Lead risk assessments to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, and recommend improvements when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear governance structures and accountability measures. Provide expert guidance on governance and compliance issues to senior management and staff. Stay current on new regulations and industry trends, ensuring that the organization adapts to changes effectively. Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of governance and compliance requirements among employees. Requirements Saudi Nationality is required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field. 3:5 years of experience in Governance and Compliance roles, with a focus on regulatory compliance. Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing compliance programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
