Data Analyst

Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a skilled and dedicated Senior Specialist - Security Operations to enhance our robust security measures across our expansive entertainment district. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations are secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of security strategies, managing response protocols, and promoting a culture of safety within Qiddiya. As a Senior Specialist, you will work closely with the security team to enhance operational workflows and oversee the integration of security technology. Your expertise will help in mitigating risks, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of all guests and personnel. Responsibilities • Monitor and manage daily IT security operations of the Managed Service Provider (MSP). • Oversee Service Requests (SRs), Change Requests (CRs), and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Ensure tasks are completed on time with accurate reporting. • Track and verify vulnerabilities reported within MSP-managed security controls. • Work with the MSP to prioritize fixes and ensure adherence to the organization’s security policies. • Review and validate MSP-generated reports, including Weekly Reports, Health Check Reports, and Active Incidents/Requests/Change Requests Reports. • Confirm accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. • Offer insights and suggestions to improve the organization’s security posture. • Ensure rapid resolution and thorough documentation of root cause analyses. • Partner with internal teams and the MSP to align on security strategies. • Communicate risks and implement preventive measures. • Identify ways to improve MSP processes, tools, and security controls. • Enhance the organization’s overall security Operation. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in IT security operations, with at least 2 years working with MSPs or in a customer-side security role. Thorough understanding of security operations, threat assessment, and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
