We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics with deep experience in data science, data warehousing and BI. This role will lead a team of data analysts and analytics engineers, shaping the direction of our data strategy and ensuring that business decisions are powered by reliable, scalable data infrastructure. You’ll be instrumental in driving data maturity across the company — balancing quick business wins with long-term architectural investments. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analytics engineers, data engineers and data scientist Oversee the development of the data warehouse and transformation layer (e.g., dbt) Define the vision for how data is structured, accessed, and used across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful insights and scalable data products Own key initiatives such as self-serve analytics, metric standardization, and data quality frameworks Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and visualization Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools to democratize data access and empower stakeholders across the organization Build operational excellence within the data team through process improvements, best practices, and training Contribute to hiring and team growth by attracting and developing top data analytics talent Requirements 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics engineering, BI or related roles, including 2+ years of leadership Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and data architecture  Experience building and managing data platforms using dbt, modern warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.), and visualization tools Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical work in fast-paced environments Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical execution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business value Proficiency working in Arabic is a plus Experience in ecommerce or fintech Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling or AI Experience working in the GCC

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5.
