Cost Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Cost Manager (RC) to join our expanding team. As an industry leader in project management and construction, we are committed to executing innovative and sustainable solutions for our projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be key in managing and controlling project costs to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with all financial guidelines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain project cost forecasts, budgets, and reports. Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget. Collaborate with project teams to compile and analyze cost data for the execution of construction activities. Assess and manage contractual risks related to cost implications. Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and services providers to optimize project costs. Provide guidance and support on all aspects of cost management, including cost estimations and adjustments, change orders, and claims management. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure communication aligns with project goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management for construction projects, with at least 5 years in a similar role within the Middle East region. Proven expertise in cost control, budget management, and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and negotiation practices. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
