Maintain a clean, organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is neatly displayed and easily accessible to customers. Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision, ensuring proper change is given and all financial exchanges are securely managed. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing assistance and answering inquiries to enhance their shopping experience. Desired Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent education is required; further education in business or finance is a plus. Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment preferred, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a similar role. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential for efficiency and accuracy.
