Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to welcome an accomplished professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Commercial. In this key role, you will play a crucial part in driving our commercial strategy, overseeing financial performance, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our innovative projects. Responsibilities Execute commercial strategies that align with the overall organisational objectives and enhance project profitability. Conduct detailed market analyses to identify business opportunities, evaluate competitive positioning, and inform strategic choices. Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial considerations are integrated throughout project lifecycles. Prepare and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against set targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Foster relationships with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of commercial professionals, driving a culture of excellence and innovation. Create and present reports to senior management, detailing project commercial performance, risks, and recommendations. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance commercial strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least 10-12 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the real estate, entertainment, or large-scale development sectors. Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic decisions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6.
