Müller's Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Manpower Outsourcing division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and grow existing client accounts. Your expertise in manpower solutions will enable you to effectively identify client needs and provide tailored outsourcing services that contribute to their organizational success. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve individual and team sales targets while fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Manpower Outsourcing services. Lead the sales team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and providing training. Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on manpower outsourcing or recruitment services. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams. Analytical skills to measure sales performance and identify improvement areas. Ability to build effective client relationships and understand their business needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Core Responsibilities: 1.
