Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in the development of a transformative entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Manager for Interior Design specializing in Residential projects. This pivotal role will focus on creating exceptional living environments that harmonize functionality, aesthetics, and comfort within our residential developments. As the Senior Manager for Interior Design, you will lead the design strategy, overseeing the development of interiors that enhance the lifestyle experiences of our residents. Your expertise in residential design will be crucial in shaping spaces that reflect the Qiddiya vision, while also meeting the high standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the residential interior design process, from concept development to execution. Collaborate with architects, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with overall project goals and brand identity. Create and present detailed design proposals, including mood boards and colour schemes, to stakeholders and executives. Oversee the selection of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes to ensure aesthetic consistency and quality across projects. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to schedule. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design intent is realized during construction and implementation phases. Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative working environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and materials that can be incorporated into residential projects. Ensure that all designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A minimum of 7–9 years of relevant interior design experience, with a strong focus on residential projects and delivering tailored, high-quality interiors for villas and apartments. A robust portfolio demonstrating successful residential design projects. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team collaboration. Proven ability to drive the design process and influence decisions to achieve exceptional outcomes. About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities.
