About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Reporting to the Director - Design Integration, this role focuses on integrating city wide design workflows, ensuring collaboration across various design packages, and helping to deliver a cohesive, high-quality urban environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Architectural and Engineering design teams, ensuring that NEOM’s ambitious vision is executed effectively and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Assist the Director - Design Integration in managing and overseeing the integration of all design efforts across NEOM The LINE, including collaboration with Urban Designers, Neighbourhood Architects and engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and consultants for critical city assets like basements and technical floors. Act as a key point of contact for design teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure all design components align with NEOM’s overall vision and quality objectives. Identify and integrate the daily activities of various design teams, ensuring that timelines are met, design conflicts are resolved, and the integration process runs smoothly. Manage design deliverables, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are adhered to, and providing feedback to ensure high standards of design and functionality are maintained. Support the Director in problem-solving complex design integration challenges, ensuring all city design elements work together both functionally and aesthetically. Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to gather design information, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and drive alignment between design and technical requirements. Ensure that design processes and outputs are aligned with NEOM’s sustainability, innovation, and quality goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members within City Design Coordination, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence. What We’re Looking For: 22+ years of experience in architecture, urban design, building engineering, or a related field, with significant experience managing design coordination on large-scale urban development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines. A solid understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development. Proven experience managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, solving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving to meet project goals and standards. Familiarity with sustainable and innovative urban design practices, along with a commitment to driving design excellence. A collaborative approach and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4. A team player who can collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals. 5. Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Basic proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic. Experience in hotel supplies sales or food ingredient distribution sales is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
