JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Manager to join their team. As a Design Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing the design process to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality. You will work closely with the project team to develop and execute design solutions, and oversee the production of design deliverables. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, solutions-oriented team that is committed to elevating the delivery of programs in support of Vision 2030. JASARA PMC is the joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. Responsibilities Manage the design process from inception to completion to ensure successful project delivery Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute design solutions Review and approve design deliverables to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards Manage resourcing of design team and coordinate with other functional leaders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery Identify and escalate key design issues and risks, and work collaboratively with other stakeholders to develop actionable solutions Provide regular updates on the progress of design development to project and program leadership Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant local regulations and codes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in civil engineering design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role Strong project management skills, including experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality results on time and within budget Strong familiarity with design software and tools, including AutoCAD, BIM, and Projectwise.

About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. A solid understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development. Proven experience managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, solving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving to meet project goals and standards. Familiarity with sustainable and innovative urban design practices, along with a commitment to driving design excellence. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients under the guidance of the sales supervisor. 2. Understand customer needs and provide timely feedback to the supervisor. 3. Actively participate in market promotion activities targeting the hotel, restaurant, and supermarket industries in accordance with sales strategies and plans4. Assist in identifying and developing new potential clients to expand the customer base. 5. Support the supervisor in analyzing customer needs, collecting customer feedback, and providing support for solutions. 6. Follow up on order processing, maintain communication with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders, and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: 1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fresh supply chain or foodservice industry. 2. Basic knowledge of the fresh supply chain, foodservice, or retail industries, with some understanding of food ingredient distribution. 3. Strong communication skills, capable of conducting basic business discussions with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket clients and accurately conveying information. 4.
