General Job Purpose: Design and develop professional presentations in Arabic and English to present project outputs, analysis results, and recommendations to senior management and relevant committees in an interactive and visual manner that supports decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: A. Preparing and organizing presentations: - Create high-quality presentations using PowerPoint or modern presentation tools. - Summarize and transform complex data, technical, and financial information into simplified, clear visual content. B. Supporting meetings and committees: - Prepare presentations for regular meetings. - Support the development of presentations for finance committees, executive management, and boards of directors. C. Enhancing visual content: - Design dashboards, charts, and infographics that reflect key performance indicators. - Ensure visual consistency and corporate identity in presentations according to specified requirements. D. Coordinating with the team: - Collaborate with data analysts, financial and technical experts to gather information and convert it into presentable and discussable formats. - Contribute to preparing training materials and explanatory presentations as needed. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, media, business administration, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of one year of experience in preparing and developing presentations and visual design. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in creating presentations for government projects or in the financial or cultural sectors. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Additional advantage: Design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar. - Strong storytelling and content creation skills to deliver compelling messages. - Excellent language editing skills in both Arabic and English.
