




General job objective: Accurately and professionally preparing, analyzing, and developing reports on the performance of the financing portfolio and film indicators, ensuring the provision of insights and analyses that support decision-making by executive bodies and relevant councils. Key responsibilities and duties: A. Preparing periodic reports: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and final reports according to specified requirements Prepare film sector update bulletins and summarize key performance indicators and developments B. Supporting meetings and outputs: Integrate team outputs into clear, comprehensive, and integrated reports Prepare project and financing performance summaries to support strategic decisions D. Ensuring data quality and accuracy: Review and reconcile financial and technical data across different project outputs Ensure consistency and quality of all documents and reports prior to delivery Requirements Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field Required experience: At least one year of practical experience in: Preparing administrative, financial, or operational reports Statistical, financial, or performance analysis Previous experience in government projects or in the cultural or financing sectors is preferred Required skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables – formulas – data analysis) Strong skills in PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Word Strong analytical skills in interpreting figures and indicators Precise editing and writing skills in Arabic and English
