Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with business units in the Arts Division, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters. Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans. Conduct performance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a significant focus on business partnerships or operational finance. Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
