Qiddiya Investment Company is a trailblazer in creating an extraordinary entertainment city in Saudi Arabia, and we are on the lookout for a strategic and analytical Senior Specialist - Treasury to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the treasury functions of the organization, overseeing cash management, funding strategies, and financial risk mitigation to support our operational and strategic objectives. Responsibilities Manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements to ensure adequate funding for operations and investments. Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash management and financial performance. Identify, analyze, and mitigate financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity. Collaborate with banking partners and financial institutions to negotiate terms, secure funding, and enhance banking relationships. Prepare financial analyses and reports on cash position, borrowing requirements, and treasury operations. Participate in the development of long-term funding strategies and assess the financial implications of business decisions. Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to treasury activities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior treasury staff in best practices and professional development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in treasury management or financial analysis roles Strong understanding of cash management techniques, financial instruments, and treasury operations Proven ability to assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Proficient in treasury management systems and advanced Excel Relevant certifications such as CFA or CTP are preferred
