Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of mixed-use strategies that foster community engagement and sustainable growth. Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to design innovative mixed-use environments that integrate seamlessly with Qiddiya's overall objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct feasibility studies and market research to assess potential opportunities and inform project direction.
