Healthy Chicken Recipe Made Easy

Updated 06:32 AM,Dec 10,2015

Chicken

Chicken is consumed daily in most countries around the world and remains one of the primary sources of meat and eggs for individuals. However, improper cooking methods can lead to food poisoning, as harmful bacteria present on chicken skin can quickly spread throughout the kitchen during preparation and cooking.

Cooking chicken thoroughly kills bacteria, and removing the skin helps create a healthier, lower-calorie meal. Excess calories can negatively impact your health when accumulated over time. In this article, we share two healthy recipes for preparing chicken with ginger and onion flavors—perfect for you and your family.
